Describe the bug

When I visit https://datafusion.apache.org/, I see raw HTML for a few of the links, like,

<a href=”https://datafusion.apache.org/python/”>DataFusion Python</a> offers a Python interface for SQL and DataFrame queries.

To Reproduce

Visit https://datafusion.apache.org/.

Expected behavior

Links to be rendered nicely.
