The tasks are as follows:

Add master-slave labels for sharding and master-slave configuraiton.

In order to make the configured way of all the configurations consistant, we need to modify spring name configuration to support using master-slave tag to do master-slave and sharding configuration. Therefore, from 3.0.0.M3, user can not use master-slave datasource to do master-slave and sharding configuration .
