Consider escaping invalid Unicode in FilePath.debugDescription #17

FilePath.debugDescription does encoding correction, but we could instead just escape invalid Unicode.

Ideally, we'd do this after the stdlib exposes better validation APIs, such as ones that allowed for custom resolution of encoding errors.
