Describe the bug

When YouPiP is enabled, the toggle to disable Picture in Picture-Mode that is usually found under "General" in settings is missing (This is also true if YouPip is disabled). Disabling YouPiP doesn’t disable Picture in Picture-Mode. Thus rendering it permanently on.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Look for "Picture-in-picture" under "General" in Settings (It’s missing)
2. Attempt to disable Picture in Picture mode by disabling YouPip (Doesn’t work)

❌ No, I can't reproduce this issue in the official YouTube from AppStore
