We have a Building wiki which explains how ffmpeg-kit can be built.

Also an Importing iOS Frameworks wiki which shows how those libraries can be imported.

There are test applications under the ffmpeg kit test repo which shows all of them in action.

I don't know what you mean by license compliancy. As far a I know, Licenses require users to have the chance to change the library. However, How? is a question that must be asked to the application developer. Because application developer controls that not ffmpeg-kit.
