Module presentation not being correctly generated

Describe the bug

If we go to a module page (e.g. https://arturo-lang.io/master/documentation/library/quantities/) we'll notice this instead of the complete documentation:

/bin/sh: 1: /usr/local/Cellar/ruby/3.3.5/bin/ruby: not found

Additional context

The issue has to do with hardcoded Ruby paths (what for?!) and should be straightforward to solve.
