PhantomJS is missing Blob constructor:

We could use this workaround.

Maybe it would be useful to make a file which is injected at the beginning before testing, which adds both this and #3.

Thanks for the response, but this does not create the same blobs as my desktop Chrome Version 34.0.1847.116
