Add instructions in README for how to select ruff linter rules or ignore others

Hi,

This is a feature request for the README on adding explicit instructions on how to select ruff linter rules or ignore rules, etc.

For example, I guessed the following but it is invalid:

      - repo: https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff-pre-commit
        # Ruff version.
        rev: v0.8.2
        hooks:
          # Run the linter.
          - id: ruff
            args: [--fix, --select, I]

Can you tell me more about why this is invalid, I'm trying to understand the issue you're facing

Hi, IIRC It was a ConfigError or similar. I'll reproduce it again and get back to you with the exact stack trace, if needed. On my phone at the moment.
