Describe the bug
this a bug related to mypy issue with tweepy client.
we have bypassed mypy for that line with #type: ignore

so we have to add type hint WIP: tweepy/tweepy#1828

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Prepare data ...
  2. Run command '....'
  3. See error
