Encrypted notes saved on dweb

Hey! I have been having this idea recently and now will be starting to work on it, People who have built their "second brain" on these note-taking apps value them very much and probably never wanna lose them and want to keep them safe and private at the same time so after joining Buildspace's N&W cohort I thought there must be a way to host the data on file coin or some other blockchain storage protocol after encryption which can only be unlocked by someone with a specific wallet.
Internet computer has something similar but with way fewer features I have used Athena and it's pretty good so I thought I have the application just needed to figure out about encryption and data storage on the blockchain.
