Error thrown by Miner on Subnet-EVM

Describe the bug
We created 4 new subnets on the Fuji testnet. Initially, a transaction is minted on 2 chains, but then transactions either stay in a pending state or fail.

Upon checking the logs, we noticed two types of errors:

1. rpc/handler.go:579 Served eth_sendRawTransaction reqid=6051647550030550 execTime="86.652µs" procTime="88.615µs" totalTime="88.896µs" err="invalid sender"
2. Commit new mining work number=1 hash=bce612..a36d06 uncles=0 txs=1 gas=21000 fees=2.1021e-11 elapsed=1.043ms. Here, the ‘number’ variable increases every second.

The other two chains are working fine, and all 4 were set up similarly. We’ve tried restarting the chains. This resolves the "invalid sender" issue, but then the second error appears.

Additional context
Our project required 100bn gas limit. By default RPCGasCap was set to 50mn so we changed it to 200bn (more than 100 so that if we want to increase our gaslimits again, we can do it without updating the config.json). We archived it by the following steps:

1. navigate to '~/.avalanchego/configs/chains'
2. make a directory named by Blockchain ID
3. inside this new dir creating a file named 'config.json'
4. populated it with this json object:
   {

   }
5. restart the avalanche go server by 'sudo systemctl restart avalanchego'

Thanks for putting the issue. We have found the root cause and put up a fix here #1343 .

We suspect this occur only with some extreme fee configuration (where base fee denominator is very high). We're going to release a new subnet-evm version with the fix soon and your network should recover after running that version.
