I think you're adding an incorrect remote URL for your heroku remote. Kindly check it on you heroku dashboard.

type in powershell: wsl
====Linux===
type: code /etc/wsl.conf #it will open a new file
Put the following lines in the file in order to ensure the your DNS changes do not get blown away:
generateResolvConf = false
save file.
in Windows:
In a cmd window, type wsl --shutdown
Restart WSL2
type in powershell: wsl
===Linux===
type code /etc/resolv.conf
look for nameserver, change it to nameserver 8.8.8.8
if nameserver is not existing, just add nameserver 8.8.8.8
save file
Repeat step 3 and 4
