Bootstrap assets are not showing on heroku after deployment

Hi. I have deployed out project on heroku. In localhost everything is fine. The problem is, all styling related to bootstrap are not showing on pages of the deployed app.

I tried to follow the steps here #113, but it did not solve the problem. Is there something that I missed on the setup?

i had this problem i think in the practice blog project, what i did is change the package.json bootstrap version to this, and excluded the ^ sign
