Expose XConnect IndexWorker and AutomationEngine logging to the host:

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\xconnect\App_data\jobs\continuous\IndexWorker\App_data\Logs
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\xconnect\App_data\jobs\continuous\AutomationEngine\App_data\Logs
