Describe the bug

There doesnt appear to be any cancel button when trying to create a new user via the Create new review process. I managed to reproduce this within the Avo demo instance.

Reproduction repository for the bug

Steps to use in the reproduction repository

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Reviews > Create new review
  2. Under User click Create new user
  3. Only the Save button will appear with no cancel option showing

Expected behavior & Actual behavior

There should be the option to cancel creating a new user when only the following is showing

Here is the option when directly creating a new user by navigating to Users > Create new user

Additional context

Impact

  • High impact (It makes my app un-usable.)
  • Medium impact (I'm annoyed, but I'll live.)
  • Low impact (It's really a tiny thing that I could live with.)

Urgency

  • High urgency (I can't continue development without it.)
  • Medium urgency (I found a workaround, but I'd love to have it fixed.)
  • Low urgency (It can wait. I just wanted you to know about it.)
