The PutDestination API (and associated aws logs put-destination CLI command, boto3 option, etc.) supports defining tags on a CloudWatch Logs destination, however the AWS::Logs::Destination documentation suggests the CloudFormation resource does not.

This is a request to implement the Tags property for the AWS::Logs::Destination CloudFormation resource.

This would help us apply consistent tagging within a stack, and provide meaningful information to those reviewing the resource.
