[AWS::Location::APIKey] - [Coverage] - Missing Return Value for API Key Value.

Description

I checked the AWS::Location::APIKey resource there isn't a way to retrieve the API Key value. The only values which are returned are:

Arn
CreateTime
KeyArn
UpdateTime

I see that DescribeKey API [https://docs.aws.amazon.com/location/previous/APIReference/API_DescribeKey.html] does return the Key Value. Creating this issue to add support for returning the Key Value.
