Changelog not kept up to date

The Changelog (https://github.com/aws-samples/iam-identity-center-team/blob/main/changelog.md) is present but not kept up to date.

I've just upgraded our installation from v1.1.1 to v1.2.2 and would be nice to get the full changelog in 1 overview.

If not intended to be used it can also just be removed in favor of the Releases
