Menu does not listing filenames.

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue

Expected behaviour

When using commands like cat or vim, the menu should display a list of filenames for auto-completion.

Actual behaviour

The menu does not show any filenames when trying to use cat, vim, or similar commands.

Steps to reproduce

Q. Are you able to reproduce this issue?
No, I am not able to reproduce this issue currently.

I fixed it by deleting the folder ~/Library/Application\ Support/amazon-q/.
Since then, the problem has not recurred, and everything is working as expected.

Q How?

1. Open a terminal window.
2. Type 'cat ' or 'vim ' followed by a space.
3. Press Tab to trigger auto-completion.
4. Observe that no filenames are listed in the menu.
