MSI cross compilation for windows

Having recently tested this tool and very much like it. The experience to get windows setup is however more troublesome than cross compiling for me. Unfortunately the MSI toolset used by cargo-dist is not suited for cross compilation. I wanted to ask for support for https://wiki.gnome.org/msitools as an msi creator. With that I can setup a clean cross compile pipeline inside gitlab that does not take ages to start a machine.
