The issue is related to the spell. I logged every time the player casted on an NPC and after 3 or 4 MC casts the server crashed. The target mob was always one of the ..... mobs .. random chance!.)

(after it, I tweaked the movement settings in Unit::RemoveCharmedBy - Unit::UpdateSplineMovement, so the crashlog changed a bit, but the issue was still the same, spell or attack speed or hase and Crash)

random chances in Crash, if response to Mysql by exploit!

(also, the guy's ip range was banned from the firewall and there weren't any crashes like this since then)
