The Qto_Type for NetSurfaceArea and NetVolume in Qto_BuildingElementProxyQuantities are both Q_COUNT, but are Q_AREA and Q_VOLUME for other entities (like IfcBeam). Is this inconsistency an error, or documented as intended?
