Analysis - Neural Signal Analysis

Overview

Analysis is a package including various neural data analysing programs.

Version

Each top folder contains corresponding version of Analysis.

  • Version 1: based on csv data format.
  • Version 2: connect directly to TDT TTank database.
  • Version 3: Current Version using object programming of matlab to better organize the functions.
  • Version 4: Experimental using Haskell.

Dependent Libraries

some code may require other libraries.
