styles doesn't edit even with !important

Hey,im trying to edit color of arrow, in inspect i found the class and add this code to my css: .hooper-next{ background-color: white !important; }
Nothing is happening 😕 , when i set background-color to this class in inspect, its working perfectly, where is the problem?
