描述问题：

Tabs组件，内容溢出时，左右点击滑动后，鼠标移动到tab上方，会出现tabs闪回到滑动前位置

    只要列表宽度超过容器宽度，左右切换，就会出现这个问题

combo组件tabs模式，有同样的问题

我想用超出折叠的方式临时解决这个问题，但是我发现combo组件源码中没有带上collapseOnExceed属性
