Changed the FTPClientConnector read method to return io:ByteChannel.
Introduced new pipe methods to FTPClientConnector to pass through the content.

Ballerina File System Server Connectors used to monitor local and remote file systems. It also contains an FTP Client connector to connect with remote FPT server.
