The filter scheme should have a DSL that allows

filter :find_person, only: [:show, :edit, :update, :delete]
dispatch
ensure :sweep_cache, only: :update, :create, :delete

This will probably require custom matching that adds plug matchers.

I am thinking that the scheme will set the strategy, add to the plug matcher DSL, and have a couple of extra "use" as necessary.
