This to improve the Country and Citizenship fields in Add a beneficial Owner .

  1. Double box on selecting countries

  1. Selecting the box should activate the radio button (its currently disabled so you have to select the radio and then select the dropdown as 2 user actions)

  2. Control grows horizontally.
