A client may need to make minor updates to their MHR registration, yet the updates are not actually correcting an error. For instance:
update of name due to marriage / divorce / legal name change
update of owner mailing address
update of business owner name due to amalgamation
Currently there is only one form for MHR corrections. It is likely two forms will be required so we can clearly identify whether a change is an 'update' or a 'correction'. Note: this differentiation is important because legally, a correction would be viewed as fixing data, so the prior data would not have been true.
