Verify - Amalgamate Now button not visible when the Numbered Company is selected

Describe the bug in the current situation
When the user tries to file an Amalgamation Name Request and selects a numbered company there is no button that shows "Go To Colin" or " Amalgamate Now"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://dev.names.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/?accountid=2079'
2. Select "Amalgamation" Name Request
3. Then Select "Numbered Company"
4. See error
