DRS Migration Scanned Document Status Pending

Migrated records with scanned documents are showing in the DRS UI with a status of "Scan Pending".
Is the status incorrect because there is a document but no scan record or scan date? I think the UI should handle this scenario as some documents will never have a scan record (CORR for example).

Scan records have not been created as part of the document migration.
