BUG - Error - Removing Withdrawn IA from My Staff Business Registry

Scenario:

• Created Future Dated IA filing
• Withdrew FED IA filing
• That withdrawn IA corp still shows in My Staff Business Registry

Expected Behaviour = user is able to remove this zombie corp from the list in My Staff Business Registry

Actual Behaviour = Click "Manage business" should provide an option to remove record from list (de-affiliate it). "Remove from list" option is available for active & historical corps

• "Delete Incorporation Application" (or equivs for Amalg/ContinuationIn) is only option avalable, which unsurprisingly raises an Error if you click on it

Fix required:

• For all non-companies with a Withdrawn IA, Amalg & ContinuationIn filing make the following changes:
  --> Do not display "Delete [filing name}" when user clicks on "Manage Business"
  --> Display "Remove from table" when user clicks on "Manage Business" to allow user to remove zomie corps from that list

Noted occuring for Withdrawn ContinuationIn filings as well
