fastq doesnt handle optionals well #323

fastq parser doesnt handle optionals as it should (check fastq https://github.com/TimothyStiles/poly/blob/main/io/fastq/data/nanosavseq.fastq + write it out again).

This is mostly a note for me to fix later.
