Issue with sav file from ElPAis #9

Got an issue with a sav file downloaded from ElPais website.

Technically it looks as they have a few trailing zeros at the end of each compressed row.

As a dirty fix ( CompressedCaseReader: 106 )

                    while ((storageFlag = readNextStorageFlag()) == 0 && var.getIndex() == 0) {

                    }

                    if (storageFlag == STRING_FLAG) {
