容器化ipv4存在跨节点访问问题 #841

使用bee pack程序打包后再使用dockerfile实现容器化，在多个副本时，跨节点之间ipv4访问存在异常，单本节点服务正常。（已按照配置文档开启tcp4配置）ipv6可以正常访问，跨节点服务正常。
