[Feature request] Add support for VK GameCenter

Please add support for VK GameCenter to the scannable game folder list. (it's basically Russian government-approved Steam)
Quite a lot of Russians ended up buying Atomic Heart through that before it became available for Steam, Atomic Heart is amenable to DLSS swapping but isn't detected by default because of this. (Smuta (a 16th century historical RPG marketed as a Witcher-like that definitely does not live up to that ambition) also seems to work with DLSS Swapper, but who cares about Smuta)

The defaul game folder location for the program is C:\GameCenter followed by the game folders which should work more or less the same as with Steam.

You can add the game manually by clicking on "Add Game" in the upper right corner of the "Games" page. That could be a workaround at first.

Hey @Noelemahc7 ,
As a non-russian would I be able to install it? Are there free games in it I can install so I can search for the folders/images how we do to match the other libraries?
