op11_no18: *8va adds 3cccc to kern and affects rest hight after *X8va

The *8va and *X8va in m. 51 are causing the quarter note rest to render at the wrong rest height, even though the rest is after the *X8va.

When I myank this passage and compile the editor contents, I also find that an erroneous 3cccc is being added to the kern.
