RNA intron FISH probe set

I love PaintSHOP!
I want to generate FISH probes for RNA introns to look at the nascent transcript. The RNA probes design pages only take refseq IDs. How do you recommand I desgin my probes? Can I use the DNA probe design page and upload a bed file? Are there any paremeters I need to change using the DNA probe design page?
