First of all, thank you for providing such a useful tool, it makes our life much easier!

We use PaintSHOP to design probes for amplified MERFISH experiments. We use custom bridge sequences and custom 5' and 3' primers, and I noticed there were no TTT spacers between target sequences and bridge sequences, nor between bridge sequences. Our resulting probes look like this:
5_primer - TTT - bridge_1 - bridge_2 - target - bridge_3 - TTT - 3_primer
Is it by design or is it something worth correcting?
