Twin.macro does a great job of abstracting away the underlying styled-components by providing an export.
It shouldn't be too far off to support the tw prop or css prop in Linaria. I'm not too familiar with the next generation of CSS-in-JS libraries which support RSC, but I'm sure there is one that might be a good fit for twin.macro support.
