Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
BWA uses variable seed length depending on the number of thread

Describe the solution you'd like
As described in lh3/bwa#121 we should use a large value for -K to force stable results.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
I don't expect unstable results but it would be nice to have this 100% predictable.
