Though it is easier to implement the audio playing service in Python, using Tkinter is too much trouble for the audio palyer, as I couldn't figure out why the GUI is sometimes not responding.

Issue Closed as problem is solved. The problem is on Python version, just change Python3.11 to Python3.9 or lower will be fine.
