Check mandatory columns before loading input files (all format: vcf, tsv, parquet...)
Mandatory files : "#CHROM", "POS", "REF", "ALT", "INFO".
Also "ID", "QUAL" and "FORMAT"? Or try to deal without these columns, especially when export?
