If no header is provided, create an header with existing columns in database (e.g. parquer, tsv, duckdb...).
Not considering VCF specific columns if database is a VCF (e.g. ID, QUAL, INFO...).
If no header and no extra columns, but an INFO column (as VCF format), consider that header is needed (no scan INFO column to create header)
