Open issues doesn't load up sometimes and app tries to refresh few times but fails #5

Two solutions:

Find a better way to wait and fetch those data.
or
Handle error gracefully to not show list index out of range error.

Looks like it doesn't work if someone changes the tab or minimizes the headless browser. Able to repro in macos.
