Refactoring of wordclock_display.py

Hi all,

I'm currently considering a refactoring of wordclock_display.py -- especially the part, starting from https://github.com/bk1285/rpi_wordclock/blob/main/wordclock_tools/wordclock_display.py#L345

Idea is to provide a simple way of triggering special "animations" from one display of time to the next.

Displaying messages (reminder, birthday, ...) within the default plugin would/could then become just an animation..
