Add Pagination to Teams Page in Settings

As title. 10 items per page.

• First create the pagination component
• Then add it to the teams table

You just need Docker installed. No need to configure nginx

Oh right because it had a whole list of installations. An I do have docker already. I cloned an ran the project but I got npm start errors.

Just run docker compose build && docker compose up
