Suggestion: Pin issue with Bolt development status

Today I've learned the sad reason why Bolt never got its 5.2.0 stable release. Even though I have never met my namesake in real life I was always happy with his responses in the tickets/merge requests here.

My suggestion would be to pin an "notification" issue with a simple project status message so that people can directly see what's happening, and maybe possibly search for new maintainers? If I weren't so busy already with way too many projects myself I would gladly volunteer, but with my currently available time it just really wouldn't add anything...
