Issue with Package Manager not showing checkmark besides installed libraries

When we install the Design Library for a certain package, the dependencies including the base package are installed, but the visual confirmation (the green check) does not appear in the Package Manager window, even after closing and re-opening.
In the example I'm attaching, we click-installed the Dsp Design Library and the Vision Design Library (which do show checkmarks). The corresponding dependencies were installed and you can see them listed in the config file, but the corresponding entries for the base library in the Package Manager window do not show the checkmarks (Dsp Library, Vision Library). This is confusing because it makes it seem like they are not installed.

I believe that's because you did not install the latest version of the package it's listed in the package manager. They should still appear under the "installed" tab.

It is worth mentioning that the UI of the package manager will be revamped in the upcoming 2.9 release.

Thank you Bruno. I then found this was not a package manager GUI click installation but using an outdated Setup file.
