Create Droplet on Digital Ocean

We have decided to not use app platform anymore. It seemed better to have a droplet machine on Digital Ocean and through ssh connection we will pull the dev branch and run docker containers there. We need to set this up and by the end of the issue, we should be able to access the droplet machine through some link. There needs to be already developed endpoints and a db connection to that machine when containers are running.

We have configured a remote host which is live here. Also configured the ssh connection. Provided the keypairs to the team form discord. Thus closing the issue.
